Kopli lines in Tallinn have lost its only prospective buyer

Portal ee24.com continues to follow the fate of Kopli lines, the district in Tallinn on the coast of the Gulf of Finland. The site of Municipality announces that the British Ransomeґs Trading Holding Company Ltd refused to buy this territory.

Einike Uri, Head of Tallinn city property department, said that the British had not submitted proposals for the second phase of trading and thus had withdrawn from participation. The only problem is that the firm was the only potential buyer, and now the city government will have to announce a new competition.

Recall that 6 of 17 ha are for low building, and remaining 11 ha are for public buildings, parks and communications. Number of apartments in Tallinn will increase by five hundred.
