CONSTRUCTIVE SOLUTION
This is a stone house built on a low foundation. Wienerberger Aser brushed FAT brick was used for exterior finishing. The intermediate and roof ceilings of the building are monolithic reinforced concrete. Triple-glazed wood-aluminium windows. The roofing material is SBS.
As appropriate to one modern house, the heating and lighting are controlled by the “Smart House” solution, giving the owner a free hand to set up living arrangements over the phone.

HEATING, VENTILATION AND COOLING
This detached house is designed to be environmentally friendly and energy-efficient. Energy-saving SMART HOUSE solutions have been applied. The indoor climate is ensured by forced ventilation with heat recovery. House heating and hot water supply – on the basis of gas central heating, the energy of which is transferred to the water floor heating on both floors, cooling is provided via forced ventilation.
