About the project
Project Espace C is a redevelopment of the old site "Câbleries de Dour" into a new lively living and residential environment. The project includes the realization of new-build apartments, industrial lofts and retail units. All this while preserving a remarkable part of the old identical structure: even the monumental fireplace is integrated into a brasserie.
