About the project
Urban expansion project on the former site of Barco in the center of Kortrijk with 81 apartments spread over two buildings with underground parking and 49 town houses. The residential units are situated around a green, large neighborhood park. The new neighborhood park represents great added value for the entire district. Of the 3 hectares of land, 7,500 m² will be transferred to the public domain.
