100 apartments spread over 3 buildings around a green park, that is Hendrik I. The studios and apartments – ranging from 1, 2 to 3-bedroom apartments – have different surfaces. Thanks to this variety, Ciril offers attractive housing solutions for seniors, young starters, two-income couples or investors at affordable prices.
The architectural firm Styfhals & Partners opted for a simple but sleek architecture. The three buildings are built in brick on the street side and the rear facades in a light decorative plaster. Smaller receding facade parts make the long facade surfaces fascinating. Both the studios and apartments have large windows to the ground and the majority of the terraces are oriented to the south. This way you can enjoy natural daylight at all times. Most apartments are even equipped with a desk and some even with a dressing. No evidence in the current housing market!
By consciously opting for thorough insulation, good airtightness, low temperature heating and balanced ventilation, Hendrik I scores better than the current energy standards in energy terms.
