This progressive project focuses on near-energy neutral (NZEB) buildings. The apartments have an E-level of maximum 30 and are equipped with sustainable techniques such as solar panels.

Due to the presence of tram and bus you are very well connected with the metropolitan city. On Ortus you can live independently and quietly, with the advantage that you can easily go to the center of Brussels.
Rest point and green switch
Ortus is the resting point and the green link of Wezembeek-Oppem. The green inner area connects to a network of walking and cycling paths. The private, public and social merge seamlessly here.
