Tubel is characterized by 4 bright semi-detached houses in modern architecture. Exceptionally spacious terraces in a striking rounded design create space and light, and thus bring the outside in. That is not only pleasant living, but also comfortable working… from your home! Viewed from the air, the cantilevered terraces unfold like the petals of a flower, making you live in the heart of nature!
The architect and client consciously opted for a varied and dynamic location on the site, resulting in a playful dynamic. By consciously opting for stacked houses, one is moving away from the traditional allotment plots with ribbon development, creating space for lush greenery in the immediate vicinity. Regional vegetation with tall grasses, wild flowers and waving treetops create a natural transition with the adjacent nature reserve.
