About the project
LCD on the street. Pasichna, 133a is a new comfort-class building in Sykhiv district of Lviv. A nine-storey brick house is being built next to the Vynnykivsky Forest Park, the panorama of which opens from the windows of the new building.
The developer of the project is Leopoli construction company.
Infrastructure
The complex is located at a distance of 700 meters from the bus stop and city buses and 1.5 kilometers from the bus station №5 and the major transport interchange. This will allow residents of the complex not to experience problems with transport and quickly get to any area of the city.

The nearest kindergarten to the new building, as well as school №82 and Lviv educational complex "School I degree - gymnasium" are located four minutes away by car. But there are other educational institutions in the area: schools №72, №84 and №96, and two hundred meters from the LCD - a technical college.
To go in for sports inhabitants of ZhK on street Pasichna, 133a can be in the sports complex "Alex" or at the stadium "Ukraine", which is 2.5-3 km, and 650 meters from the house there is a swimming pool "VODAN".
In addition to the parks "Iron Water", Snopkivsky, "Pohulyanka" and Vynnykivsky in the area of the new building there are such unique places as "Honey Cave" and the Old Water Tower.
