Star City continues the metropolitan trend of transforming the city's industrial areas into living space. Star City is a multi-storey residential complex with its own concept and infrastructure, a neighbor of Comfot Town.
The 25-storey buildings are distributed along the perimeter of the site, inside which there will be a public space: a park area with promenades, recreation areas, children's play areas and sports grounds.
Infrastructure
For the internal infrastructure in the Star City complex, the first floors are intended, where pharmacies, bank offices, services, cafes or shops will be opened.
