About the project
Star City continues the metropolitan trend of transforming the city's industrial areas into living space. Star City is a multi-storey residential complex with its own concept and infrastructure, a neighbor of Comfot Town.
The 25-storey buildings are distributed along the perimeter of the site, inside which there will be a public space: a park area with promenades, recreation areas, children's play areas and sports grounds.
Infrastructure
For the internal infrastructure in the Star City complex, the first floors are intended, where pharmacies, bank offices, services, cafes or shops will be opened. In addition, a shopping and office center will be built on the territory. A kindergarten for 115 children will also be opened for the youngest residents of the complex. An adult school-gymnasium with 660 seats is planned to be opened for older children.
Residents of Star City will be able to go for groceries in Novus, which is a 15-minute walk away. To supermarkets "ATB", "Furshet" and "Silpo" from 5 to 10 minutes by car. Dried fruits and sweets, household goods, flowers and toys can be found at the Comfort Market, which is a 4-minute drive or an 18-minute walk away.
