Near Nova Gorica, in a suburb with great infrastructure, two large houses (villas) are built on a plot of 13,000 m2. The sea is nearby (30 km from the famous beaches of the places north of Trieste), in about an hour you can reach the famous ski resorts in Slovenia or Italy: Kanin, Črni Vrh, Sella Nevea, Zoncolan , Krvavec. Only an hour's journey takes you to Venice, Piran, Portorož, Ljubljana, while the famous Postojna Cave and Lipica with Lipizzaner horses are much closer. Nova Gorica is located in the lower reaches of the beautiful Soča river valley, which also offers a lot in its upper course: fishing, rafting, canyoning and swimming.

The doors to the world are open through the airports of Trieste (20 minutes), Venice (1 hour), Ljubljana (1 hour). The two houses are 2 km away from the Ljubljana - Nova Gorica - Venice highway access, Nova Gorica railway and bus station, as well as the ones in the nearby italian Gorizia, connect the two cities well in all directions.
Nova Gorica is not only known as the small European Las Vegas, due to the maximum tourism developed around the Casinos, hotels with rich quality offer in addition to games of chance, but because of the mild Mediterranean climate, viniculture, fruit growing and culinary art also contribute to the attractive micro position. The area of Goriška brda is considered to be the Slovenian Tuscany, but the entire Vipava valley, the Isonzo valley and the nearby Karst are equally beautiful and interesting, with all their historical and natural features.
