About the project
Construction was realized in two phases, with the new owners moving into units constructed during the earlier first phase in 2017 and the second phase completed in the first half of the following year.
The project is situated in the outer centre of Slovakia’s capital, with more than 300 residential units, 767 parking spaces and 1,000 square metres of retail space.
The design focuses on high-quality family living, individual units sophistically laid out and a lot of greenery. The exceptional architecture, special loggias, lighting elements and its promenade make Pri Mýte something unique, and it was nominated in 2018 for the CE-ZA-AR Prize, awarded by the Slovak Chamber of Architects.
