Park Południe is a multi-stage investment located in the south-western part of Gdańsk and consists of cozy multi-family buildings.
Location
The estate is located at Wielkopolska Street, which belongs to the Chełm estate in the Łostowice district of Gdańsk. The area of dense development, mostly single-family houses, is surrounded by green areas, well connected with other parts of Gdańsk, and has basic urban infrastructure.
The vicinity of the investment
Near the estate there are restaurants, hairdressing salons, a church, gyms, private medical clinics, sports, language and music schools, a post office, a veterinary clinic, numerous retention reservoirs, the Trzcinowisko nature reserve, walking areas at the Luisa Hill. Near the investment there are grocery stores Ryneczek u Maria (400 meters), Biedronka (450 meters), Żabka (950 meters) and the Kowale shopping center with a Tesco supermarket (2.4 kilometers). There is a primary school no. 86 available 500 meters from the investment, the "Olimpijczyk" school and kindergarten complex is about 1 kilometer away. The nearest neighborhoods of preschool institutions are the Cyprysek nursery (130 meters) and the Krasnalki nursery and kindergarten (550 meters).
Architecture
The four-story buildings were made of a simple block in a minimalist style, the plastered façades were kept in shades of white. Metal balcony railings were made.
Infrastructure of the estate
In the monitored area of the estate, plant arrangements, sidewalks, alleys, a private park and a playground for children were made. Above-ground and garage parking spaces have been designed. The buildings are equipped with silent elevators.
Communication
The investment is located close to communication arteries, such as Niepołomicka, Świętokrzyska, ulica Święty Wojciech, Aleja Armii Krajowej. A drive to the very center of Gdańsk takes nearly 15-20 minutes. The stops of buses 113 and 213 are about 200 meters away.
About apartments
The investment's apartments range in size from 27 to 70 square meters and have one to four rooms. They are equipped with anti-burglary entrance doors, balconies, loggias, terraces or gardens (on the ground floor). The apartments are characterized by flexibility in interior design.
