About investment
The Miasto Moje project is a multi-family housing estate, which is being implemented in stages, located on the border of the Warsaw districts of Białołęka and Żerań. The estate has its own extensive entertainment and service infrastructure.
The estate is situated at Marywilska Street, in the northern part of Warsaw. Nearby there are communication arteries and the green areas of Choszczówka and Płudy. The neighborhood has a developing local communication, commercial and service infrastructure.
The vicinity of the investment
Right next to the estate there is a private nursery My Little Planet. Within a radius of nearly 2.5 kilometers, there are primary school no. Kazimierz Jeżewski and the public kindergarten of the Congregation of the Franciscan Sisters of the Family of Mary. In the vicinity of the investment, there are sports clubs, a sports field, cafes, the Marywilska 44 shopping center. Right next to the estate, there are Żabka and Carrefour Express grocery stores. The investment is located approximately 4.5 kilometers from Galeria Północna and Outlet Factory Annopol, and 5 kilometers from Galeria Renova. The Żerański Canal flows near the Miasto Moje housing estate (800 meters).
The housing estate's buildings have up to five floors, some of which are of different heights. They were made in a modern style, a combination of colors was used in the plaster facade - subdued background (gray, white) and contrasting elements (orange, yellow). An autonomous service and recreational infrastructure was designed within the estate, including its own shopping arcade, restaurants and cafes, a city square with a fountain, an amphitheater, a square with a Christmas tree, kindergartens, playgrounds and games for children, an outdoor gym, a recreational path, a shared relaxation area and a zone picnic with grill and open-air cinema. There are ground and underground parking spaces. Silent-running elevators were installed in the buildings.
Marywilska Street, on which the estate is located, leads to the exit to the S8 expressway, which provides convenient communication with the center and other parts of the capital. A drive to the center of Warsaw takes nearly 20 minutes. Bus stops with buses no.126, 176, 314 and N64 are located right next to the estate. At a distance of almost 1 kilometer, there is the Warszawa Żerań railway station (KM, S3, S9, S30, R9 lines). The estate will have access to the planned M2 metro line (Bródno station).
About apartments
The area of ​​the housing estate ranges from 30 to 98 square meters. These are studios and two-, three- and four-room flats. The flats are equipped with intercoms and have balconies. Turnkey finishing services are available.
