The intimate, phased Zielone Pobiedziska estate consists of five multi-family buildings and is located in Pobiedziska in the Poznań district.
Location
The investment is located in the north-eastern neighborhood of Poznań, at Generała Tadeusza Kutrzeby Street in Pobiedziska. It is approximately 27 kilometers away from the center of Poznań. The neighborhood is surrounded by vast green areas - it is situated among the Poznań Lake District - and is characterized by mostly single-family housing.
The vicinity of the investment
Primary School Kazimierz the Restorer in Pobiedziska and the Montessori kindergarten and nursery are about 900 meters away, the kindergarten No. 6 and the “Pastelowy Świat” nursery are 600 meters away. In the vicinity of the investment, there are restaurants, a post office, a market, a petrol station, a dentist's office, a veterinary clinic, a drugstore, a fitness club, a sports hall, language schools, a church, the Market Square in Pobiedziska, and the Pobiedziski Cultural Center. There is a Biedronka grocery store about 800 meters away, and numerous other grocery stores are also nearby, including Żabka, ABC and Stokrotka. There are recreational areas near the investment, especially Lake Małe and Lake Dobre (850 meters).
Architecture
The investment consists of two-story buildings erected in a modern style. A simple body and subdued colors of the facade finish were used (combination of white plasters and beige finishing brick), metal balcony railings were made.
The infrastructure of the estate
Within the estate, there is a playground for children and above-ground parking spaces. Lawns and plant arrangements were made around the buildings.
Communication
The Zielone Pobiedziska estate is located near the provincial road No. 194 and the national road No. 92, which take nearly 35 minutes to get to the center of Poznań. At a distance of 1 kilometer, there is a railway station, enabling quick access to Poznań by KW or Regio trains.
