About investment
The Radosna estate in Zalasewo of the Poznań poviat is being implemented in stages and consists of multi-family buildings.
The estate is located at Radosna Street, in Zalasewo, south of Swarzędz, near the national road no. 92. It is nearly 13 kilometers away from the center of Poznań. The investment is surrounded by numerous green areas, the neighborhood is quiet, mostly low-rise, and there are other housing developments nearby.
The vicinity of the investment
Primary school no. 2 is located 850 meters from the estate, primary school no. Nicholas Copernicus in Zalasewo - by about 1.5 kilometers. Within a radius of nearly 500 meters, there are kindergartens: the Zaczarowana Podkowa public kindergarten in Zalasewo and the Kraina Mała Feet nursery. Near the estate there are restaurants, a sports field, a fitness club, a dentist's office, and a Diagnosis medical center. About 800 meters away there is a grocery store Żabka, Lidl and Biedronka are about 1.2 kilometers away, there are also other smaller grocery stores nearby. The Agrobex shopping center with a Carrefour supermarket is approximately 2.9 kilometers away, the ETC Swarzędz shopping center is nearly 4 kilometers away. A drive to Franowo Shopping Park with Ikea, Obi, M1 stores and the CinemaCity cinema takes nearly 15-20 minutes. There are green areas around the estate with walking and bicycle paths. The Swarzędzkie Lake is about 6.5 kilometers away.
The three-story buildings of the investment were built mainly of a simple body. The style of the first stage building refers to the classic one, it is kept in subdued colors (white, pastel shade of peach), it has elements of sloping roofs and skylights. White dominates in the finishing of the façades of the last stages, made in the modernist style, and a few decorative panels in the color of wood and metal balcony railings were added.
The infrastructure of the estate
The investment area is equipped with a playground for children and outdoor parking spaces. Sidewalks, lawns and access roads have been designed.
The estate is located near Kórnicka and Transportowa Streets and the exit to national road no. 92, enabling convenient connection with Swarzędz and Poznań. A drive to the center of Poznań takes almost 20-25 minutes. There is also an exit to the A2 motorway nearby. There are bus stops 400 meters from the estate, from which you can get e.g. to the railway station in Swarzędz, from where the train to the center of Poznań takes nearly 15 minutes.
About apartments
The investment includes flats with a layout from 1 to 4 rooms, area from 29 to 72 square meters. The premises on the lower floor have private gardens with terraces, the premises on the first floor are equipped with balconies. There are video intercom installations in the apartments.
