Villa Tartufo is a private estate located on the hills of San Miniato, uniquely situated on a white truffle reserve with full panoramic views over the Tuscan countryside.
Originally constructed by a noble Italian family, it has been fully restored with extreme attention to detail combining an eco-friendly modern design with the most classic aspects of its traditional Tuscan style.

The estate currently produces both their own olive oil and wine with current annual production of 500-1000 liters of oil, and wine through a well known winery in the area. The remainder of the land is composed of luscious green fields and a sparkling infinity pool that flows over the edge of the Tuscan hills.
There is an opportunity to expand the winery production of the estate with approval to build a winery, as well as an approval to construct a helipad.
