This is the corner apartment of the WoHo house nearest to the sea. The apartment overlooks the sea and highlights wonderful city sights, such as Kakumäe, Rocca al Mare, Paldiski road and Northern-Tallinn/Kalamaja.
In addition to that, the 4.4 m² balcony allows you to look down on the scenery of the City Centre and the Old Town. The balcony features partitioned glass panels that can be used to create an enclosed balcony within moments. Moreover, there is also an electrical connection, thus the balcony can be lighted or an electric heater added. The total surface area of the apartment (including the balcony) is 60.9 m².
Floor-to-ceiling spacious windows and 3.3-metre-high ceilings contribute to establishing a bright and luxurious atmosphere. Interior architecture is by the renowned Aet Piel.
A number of valuable custom solutions have been included in the process of building and ordering this apartment:

• There is a final and extremely detailed kitchen furniture project, consisting of Desala interior with LED-lighting solutions and a Granitop countertop work surface project
• the selected Miele kitchen appliances have been coordinated with the manufacturer of the kitchen furniture: oven-microwave (H 6800-1 BM) and a coffee maker (built-in coffee maker CVA 6805)
• electricity connections for LED lighting strips have been installed in the plaster cornices in the upper part of windows (outlets for LED lamps have been installed)
• high-quality LED lamps for the kitchen and the living room, accompanied by the contact information of an electrician – the new owner can decide where the lamps should be installed
• dimmer switches for ceiling lights
• three spots have been prepared for installing electric motors for curtains (the corresponding solutions are provided by Sunorek)
• The special LED lighting behind living room shelves have separate dimmers
• Electrical cables for illuminating the interiors of the bedroom wardrobe and the two closets in the hall
• Custom solution for the drain cover in the bathroom and a glass wall for the shower
• High-quality and powerful integrated System One IC820 ceiling speakers in all rooms (4 in the kitchen-living room, 2 in the bedroom, 1 in the bathroom). The speakers allow to play different music in different zones and are controlled via a smartphone – the speakers were installed and tuned by Noor Tehnik
• WiFi-compatible capable receiver DENON AVR-X1500H – the buyer will be demonstrated how to use the sound system
• A superb quality 15 m HDMI cable for a television set (SUPRA HDMI JENVING). The cable has been concealed in precast concrete and on top of the plaster ceilings
• subwoofer JAMO S810
• Additionally, high-quality sound cables have been installed under the floor. The ends of those cables have been set next to the electrical sockets and covered using a special conduit box
