About the project
In the first half of 2020, we began the sales and construction of Wilmsi Villa, a new apartment building in Kadriorg at 34 Vilmsi Street. It is an apartment building with luxurious interior finishing packages containing a total of 21 exclusive 1- to 5-room apartments. Parking is organised conveniently in the car park beneath the building; storage spaces can also be found there. The courtyard is surrounded with a fence and has playgrounds for children.
The homes will be completed in the first half of 2021.
