Prague 10 - Vrsovice has grown as a result of another development project, when 26 apartments were created with layouts of 2 + kk, 3 + kk and 4 + kk with areas ranging from 95 to 206 m2. In addition, there are two non-residential premises. The interiors of the apartments are light and airy. Each apartment has a spacious entrance hall that leads to other rooms. Apartments located on the second floor have a garden. The apartments on the upper floors have a balcony. The seventh floor offers apartments on the south and north side of the house. The interior apartments have a garden and a loggia. Each apartment has two underground parking spaces and a warehouse. There are also technical facilities such as basements. In the middle of the house there is a path with a landscaped park. He divides the house into two parts.
