About the project
In the promising and popular area of Prague 4, Záběhlice, a new apartment building, View Spořilov, will be built. The unique ten-storey building offers a total of 68 apartments in layouts ranging from 1 + kk to 4 + kk and promises to be a new landmark in the area.
The second phase of the View Spořilov project will include 38 new apartments. On the ground floor, apartments have private gardens, and on the upper floors, spacious balconies and loggias. The main pride of the project is the apartments on the upper floors with magnificent views of the surrounding area.
The entire eastern façade will be fitted with French windows. The combination of tall windows and spacious balconies creates an airy effect, thanks to which the building fits perfectly into the landscape of Choceradská Street. Even before the start of construction, the View Spořilov project was awarded by the expert jury of the Best Project 2018 competition.
If you would like to enjoy the beautiful views of the surroundings at dinner, you can choose one of the apartments on the upper floors. All of these apartments have tall French windows and cozy balconies or loggias. This will not only provide you with a view of the surrounding landscape, but also maximum natural daylight and a sense of open space. All apartments are equipped with underfloor heating.
To make you feel as good as possible in your new home, the adjacent territory will also be ennobled as part of the construction: the pond near the house is awaiting restoration, and new green spaces are planned in the park area.
Due to its location in a quiet area with all amenities, developed infrastructure and excellent transport accessibility, the View Spořilov project will meet all the requirements of future residents. On the first floor of the residential building there is one commercial space, and under the project there is a two-storey underground parking.
The offered apartments comply with the COMFORT finishing standard, which includes laminate flooring, ceramic tiles and high-quality sanitary ware from reputable European brands. Additional requests for finishing can be implemented as part of customer changes.
