About the project


In the promising and popular area of ​​Prague 4, Záběhlice, a new apartment building, View Spořilov, will be built. The unique ten-storey building offers a total of 68 apartments in layouts ranging from 1 + kk to 4 + kk and promises to be a new landmark in the area.

This will not only provide you with a view of the surrounding landscape, but also maximum natural daylight and a sense of open space. All apartments are equipped with underfloor heating.
To make you feel as good as possible in your new home, the adjacent territory will also be ennobled as part of the construction: the pond near the house is awaiting restoration, and new green spaces are planned in the park area.
