About the project
The Crestyl development project, Šárecký dvůr, is located in a very attractive location in Prague 6, close to the Divoká Šárka nature reserve. The unique residential complex was founded in a historic mansion and offers exclusive accommodation with parking in a closed area with a reception. You can reach by car along the European road in a few minutes, after which you can reach the Prague ring road and the Blanca tunnel anywhere in Prague and beyond.
Schools for your children are nearby. Vokovická kindergarten is a 2-minute drive away, and Červený vrch kindergarten and primary school can be reached in 4 minutes. You won't be far from the doctor, just 11 minutes away.
From the quiet Sharecky Dvor, you are 5 minutes away by car along the European road in the Billa supermarket and 10 minutes away from OC Šestka. You don't have anything close at hand, but you can live surrounded by greenery in a place where history began in 1433. If you want to play sports, tennis courts and a golf club can be found just outside the walls of the complex. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, cycling, jogging and rollerblading.
