About the project
Residence Modřanka is located near the villas of the First Republic in Prague 4 in Modřany, right on the banks of the Vltava River. The project includes 4 horseshoe-shaped buildings with 292 apartments with layouts from 1 + kk to 5 + kk, ranging from 30 to 160 m2. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace ranging from 4 to 126 m2, apartments on the ground floor have front gardens from 35 to 295 m2. Well thought out in the residence, as well as parking and cellars. The entire project has high standards both indoors and outdoors. Heat in the apartments is provided with hot water from the central gas boiler house. Inside the horseshoe is full of greenery for clean air and relaxation, and there is a playground for children. New buildings have energy labels B and C.
