About the project
The Michelangelova Residence project, created by the experienced developer JRD, is located in Prague 10 - Strasnice on Mikelangelova Street. The new six-story building will provide an ideal life for young couples, families with children and singles. The building is located in a closed and fenced area.
In the building you will find 27 residential buildings with layouts ranging from 1 + kk to 5 + kk, and some of them either with a terrace or with a loggia. The area of apartments is from 34 to 119 m2. There are also three non-residential premises and a shared underground garage with 25 parking spaces. Each apartment has a basement.
This project is built to meet the high demands of discerning clients. Each apartment is entered through fireproof doors of the corresponding class 3, interior doors are a combination of laminate and white varnish, glued veneer floors or in the option of two-layer boards. The hall and chamber are provided with tiles. Euro windows are equipped with triple glazing. Bathrooms and toilets are furnished with classic fixtures in the form of sinks, acrylic bathtubs, cast marble shower trays and shower partitions. Ventilation is solved in the form of recuperation and controlled ventilation. The bedrooms are equipped with carbon monitors. Heating is solved using a hot water system with radiators. Heat is measured separately in each apartment.
The terraces are equipped with exotic wood floors and frost-resistant fittings for easy watering of the built-in flower pots. The house also has a playground and a gazebo. Construction will be completed on 08/2021.
