About the project
The project of a solitary apartment building in Písková Street near Modřanská rokla in Prague 4 is designed as a building with four sections with five or six above-ground and two underground floors. The apartment building offers a total of 55 residential units in layouts 1 + kk, 2 + kk, 3 + kk and 4 + kk, which have an area from 28 m2 to 116 m2, and 1 non-residential space in the 1st floor. Basements for apartments 2 + kk to 4 + kk are located on the 1st and 2nd floor, where there are also parking spaces. All accommodation units have a private balcony or terrace. Each section of the house has a separate entrance, staircase and elevator.
