About the project
The Zličín Park Development Project is a residential complex with a private park on Na Radosti Street in the Zličín-Prague 5 district. A total of 526 apartments are offered in 7 new apartment buildings. At the first stage, 146 residential buildings with an area from 1 + kk to 4 + kk with an area of 29.2 m2 to 116.9 m2 were put up for sale. Almost every apartment will have a terrace or balcony, there are also parking spaces and a basement. Each apartment has a heat recovery ventilation system, thanks to which you can significantly save on heating costs. Location:
The residential complex Park Zličín was designed by the development company Central Group in the immediate vicinity of the newly planned unique urban quarter of Novy Zličín, which will replace the existing industrial complex. The residence is located near the metro line B "Zličín" and the bus station, from where you can comfortably travel to all parts of Prague and beyond. Zličín also has very good connections to the Vaclav Havel Airport.
The location provides a wide range of civilian amenities. The Nedashov kindergarten and primary school are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment complex. You can go shopping at the nearby Metropole Zličín shopping center, which also offers services, restaurants and a multiplex cinema.
