Vila Verde in Prague

Description

About the project

The small apartment building "Verde" is a modern residential building harmoniously integrated into the existing low-rise buildings of the prestigious Prague district. The architectural solution, which is two combined cubes, was chosen taking into account the nature of the surrounding buildings, which are formed by the houses in the Art Nouveau and Functionalist style.
The result is an airy, positively impactful home that meets the highest demands on living comfort.
A total of seven apartments are offered, which include fourteen underground garage spaces. However, each floor has been designed by the architect so that several apartments can be combined up to a loft option - an apartment that takes up an entire floor.
The facility is equipped with the most modern technologies interconnected through the IQ HOUSE system. Everything is designed with an emphasis on the highest degree of economy and ensuring the lowest home running costs. For example, ventilation of each apartment is carried out by means of controlled recuperation, which provides a constant flow of fresh air without the need to open windows, making the house an energy efficient home.
The house, of course, is equipped with affordable modern telephone and data wiring, allowing the use of high-speed Internet based on ADSL technology. In addition, there is a centralized distribution of terrestrial, satellite and cable television signals.
The security of future home owners is ensured by a camera system with the ability to connect to a central security console. At the entrance to the facility, an acoustic signaling device for opening the entrance door with a videophone is installed, which simplifies the identification of visitors. On request, a video telephone connection can also be established between individual apartments.
