Dancing House in Prague will be sold

The famous Dancing House, located at the corner of the Reeslov street and Rasin Embankment in Prague will be sold. It is reported by ee24.ru referring to Czech media. This unique monument in the style of deconstruction was built in 1996 by architects from Croatia and Canada Vlado Milunich and Frank Gehry.

At the moment, the building is an office center with a French restaurant on the roof. It is planned that the building will be sold to patrons of the arts, which will open art studios, workshops and galleries here. This fate for this house was desired by President Vaclav Havel, who personally supervised the construction.

Dancing House in Prague will cost at least €4 million. It became known that the Czech developer Central Group, the market leader in new apartments in the country, is willing to pay €10 million for the famous building, where can be created a museum of modern architecture and design.
