The founders of a limited liability company are 306 000 Czechs and 174 000 foreign nationals. At the same time, over the past three years the number of Czechs who opened their own company, increased by only 2%. The number of foreign nationals, opened LLC in the Czech Republic, has nearly doubled - up to 45%.
