About the project
Since the summer of 2019, beautiful Nieuwpoort has been enriched by a residence full of character. A church, the Arme Klaren monastery and a former old nursery school were transformed into 107 fully-fledged assisted living apartments with a nod to the past.
Residence Clarenhof stands for exclusive architecture with spacious and bright assisted living apartments. Residentie Clarenhof can be found between Recolettenstraat and Hoogstraat, in the well-known Clarissenklooster with its chapel. The ideal place to live comfortably or to spend time with family and friends.
The residence is fully wheelchair accessible and has spacious apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms, underground parking spaces, a restaurant, a wellness, fitness, laundromat, hairdresser and beauty salon. A bicycle shed and underground parking spaces are also available to our residents.
