Billionaire Mints now owns the biggest developer in the Central Europe

Russian billionaire and owner of O1 Group Limited, Boris Mints purchased 16.1% of shares of the Austrian developer CA Immobilien from UniCredit bank, paying approximately €295 million for that transaction. Now Boris Mints’s business structure have the right to vote in CA Immo, one of the largest real estate companies in Central and Eastern Europe, informs the ee24.com.

The CA Immo company is located in Vienna and owns a property portfolio worth €3.5 billion with total footage of 2.4 million square meters, most of which are located in Austria, Germany and Poland. As it is said in o1group.ru site, CA Immo owns and manages business centers, is engaged in its marketing and leasing and also implements a number of development projects.

Boris Mints’s O1 Group specializes in the real estate and financial management. His holding company, founded in 2010, owns a controlling share of the Moscow’s largest lease provider – O1 Properties.
