About the project
Avinion is a real estate project in the format of a club house, which consists of two medium-rise buildings. The oval shape of the houses forms a closed courtyard space, where recreation areas, sports simulators and children's playgrounds will be equipped. The external territory of the complex is also fenced for the passage of outsiders.
The facades of the houses will be decorated with framed arched windows, cornices, moldings, stucco and thin wrought iron bars on balconies and terraces. Despite the reference to classicism, the windows in the complex will be panoramic - this will help improve the access of natural light to the rooms and premises.
The location of the Avinion complex is a quiet part of Kyiv district, surrounded by low-rise private sector buildings. There is a small park nearby, a 15-minute walk to the park, and a 8-minute walk to the pebble beach.
Infrastructure
In Avinion, commercial space is available as part of the development of internal infrastructure. A supermarket, a gym, an international medical clinic, a pharmacy and a children's development center will be opened.
You can get to the complex not only by car but also by public transport. Tram №19 and minibuses №127 and №191 are a minute’s walk away.
Tavriya B and Kopeyka supermarkets are a 5-minute drive away. Also 5 minutes drive to cafes and restaurants in the center of Kiev district.
In addition to the children's development center on the territory, the nearest kindergartens "Academy of Childhood", №106, №304 and №15 are located 5-6 minutes by car. To school №85 to go 8 minutes, to schools №84, №89, №65 and №55 to go 9 minutes.
