About the project
The residential complex "Ithaca" is named after the island, which according to ancient Greek legends is the birthplace and kingdom of Odysseus. Thus, the project from the developer "Hephaestus" will combine Greek and Odessa mythology: in the interior of the hall there will be elements of the description of the island of Ithaca and winged expressions from the works of Homer. The appearance of the complex reflects modern architectural trends: panoramic glazing, trapezoidal balconies, contour lighting of the facade and a combination of different colors and materials. To improve insolation in the premises, the facade of the house will be multilevel, and the shape - zigzag.
On the ground floor there is a large room for a shop, and on the second floor there will be offices. The adjacent territory includes several playgrounds and green areas for recreation without cars. For cars, an underground parking lot for 39 cars with an elevator is designed, as well as a guest parking lot near the house.
