The developer tried to avoid the anthill effect and multi-storey buildings, so HYGGE has a medium storey with cascading transitions. The complex is decorated with elements of Scandinavian minimalism, the correct geometric shapes of the facades and the contrast of the sections.

HYGGE complex is located 5 minutes walk from Vinnytsia Forest Park, away from highways with heavy traffic, which guarantees clean air and no smog. Prospective residents will be able to walk in the forest park, have picnics or ride a bike on numerous cycling routes.
You can buy products nearby in chain supermarkets: 5 minutes by car to the hypermarket "Glove" and shopping center "Arsen", 4 minutes to "ATB", 7 minutes drive to "OUR" and "Glove", 8 minutes to "Vopak".
Families with small children will spend 5-10 minutes by car on the way to the nearest kindergartens №44, №175, №5, №118 and №52. There are a few smaller schools in the district and they are located a little further: to school №72 5 minutes by car, to school №82 and № 84 - 6 minutes, to school №93 - 10 minutes.
