About the project
Viking Park is a complex where residential and business space are combined. A cascading storey is used for the residential part of the complex, and spacious open terraces with glass fences resemble a cruise liner. In the residential part there will be not only open terraces, but also loggias with balconies. Panoramic windows on the entire height of the floor will provide access to sunlight and help visually make the room bigger.
The business center is made in a minimalist style with contrasting facades. The business area will include conference rooms, office space, coworking, a lounge area and a fitness club.

Near the complex there is a roundabout, a minute drive to the bus station, 15 minutes to the airport and train station, 15 minutes to the city center.
King Cross Leopolis is also a 15-minute drive away, with about 100 shops, Auchan hypermarket, food area, service, cinema, skating rink and laser maze. Another Arsen supermarket can be reached by car in 4 minutes, 6 minutes by ATB and 7 minutes by METRO Cash & Carry hypermarket.
To the nearest kindergartens a few minutes by car: 4 minutes to kindergarten №44, 6 minutes to kindergartens №175, №118, №52 and preschool center "Barvinok", 8 minutes to kindergartens №5, №89 and Veselki ». Schools №22, №73, №82, №96, №72 Lviv Lyceum 1715 and Gymnasium Trivita are located at approximately the same distance.
