About the project
The architects of the LA MANCHE clubhouse organically combined traditional elements of Italian, English and French architecture. The first floors of the house are decorated with granite, and large windows are made in the "Palladian" style of the early XVIII century. The main floors are decorated with fiberglass and artificial stone, and the tiled roof mimics the roof of historic buildings.
The designers of the house landscape have recreated the atmosphere of the boulevards of Paris, as well as to place a children's playground, a walking area for pets, playgrounds for mini-golf and croquet. Classic materials were used for finishing: marble, wood, porcelain and galvanized metal.
Infrastructure
Residents of the club house LA MANCHE will have within walking distance of the sights of Podil and places of active recreation: exhibition pavilions, galleries, theaters and cinemas. To spend time with friends near pubs, bars, nightclubs, restaurants and cafes.
For groceries you can walk to the grocery store, "Handicap", "Bill Mart", "Eco Market" or "Bill". You can also walk to the Rye Market in 15 minutes.
There are several options if you are looking for a kindergarten near your home: to the kindergarten-school "Znayka" - 4 minutes on foot, to the kindergarten "Podillya" - 5 minutes on foot, to the preschool center №676 - 9 minutes on foot, and to kindergartens №120 and №162 - 15 minutes.
