Property prices are growing in Turkey

Turkish property prices are rising. Over the past 12 months the costs of housing in the country jumped by 10.25 per cent, according to the latest figures released by The New Home price index from GYODER, Turkish Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.

The largest price increase was recorded in August and September - by 0.32 percent. Overall, the cost of housing inTurkeyis growing for 13 months in a row. Most of the price tag rises to smallapartments 51-75 square meters.

The largest price increase affected one-bedroom apartments, whose prices have risen over the past three months, by 0.96 percent. Prices for two-bedroom apartments jumped 0.82 percent from September 2012. Two-and four-room apartments rose slightly - by 0.78 and 0.67 percent, respectively.
