Description

VILLA IN BODRUM, MONTANA
The construction of Villa Montana overlooking the eastern half of the island of Bodrum began in 2011 and was completed in late summer 2012.
It was built according to the project of the estate. Reinforced concrete steel and stone were used in its construction.
The stones used are the kyufeki stone. Dolmabahce Palace, located in Istanbul, was made of the same stone. The peculiarity of the stone is that after processing it becomes excessively hard. It is a super-insulating material with excellent decorative properties, keeping warm in summer and cool in winter. The stones were carved by hand 1 year before the construction. The interiors of the mansion are decorated with marble of the highest quality, and milled onyx is used in most bathrooms. A used square meter of onyx on the Istanbul market costs 1100 euros.
On the front facade there are 2 bedrooms with direct sea views. These rooms are connected in the master bedroom. On the upper floor there is a dressing room, a children's room and a bathroom, 4 bedrooms, bathrooms and a library.
On the ground floor there are 2 spacious guest bedrooms, all of which have a bathroom.
The mansion has a huge lounge area, a comfortable Italian kitchen with sea views. Downstairs there is also a pantry for groceries and an additional refrigerator. The door facing the sea side was built in the form of a closed terrace to avoid exposure to the sun, for a comfortable meal.
The pool area is about 120 m2. It offers a children's pool and a regular 140-centimeter pool.
