Description
The project, located 500 meters from the sea in terms of location, is very close to the sea and in a higher position than its surroundings, due to the height difference of the land on which it is located.
The northern facade is 28 meters long and has a view of the forest, where there will be no buildings in the future, and the southern facade of the same length stretches parallel to the coastline, against the background of an ideal view of the Mediterranean Sea from the first floor. Simple design, location, entrances, exits, landscaping, garden terraces, room sizes and width of balconies were thought out, designed and focused on people.The complex has a unique design that will be used only in a few residences, about 2500 m2 of garden and 130 m2 of swimming pool with stairs, barbecue areas, bars in the garden, multi-purpose green area, children's playground, relaxation area with TV, sauna and fitness.
