Portal 4-traders reported that during the first quarter of 2013 property prices in Sweden rose in 14 of the 21 fiefs, a decrease was observed in only five.
The fastest growth was in Jämtland (11%), in second place - Norrbotten (6%). The largest decline was recorded in Kronoberg.
14 of 21 Swedish fiefs showed an increase in prices in annual terms. The fastest rising prices were in Jämtland (8%) and Jönköping (7%). The lowest drop in prices observed in Västerbotten (7%).
