Sweden, the UK and Switzerland are the most caring states in the world. These countries are located in positions from first to third in the index of social progress (SPI), which measures the degree of concern for the state of the needs of its citizens.
The index of social progress is calculated from 50 different factors (personal safety of the public, the environment, access to health and education, public welfare, etc.). In 2013, Sweden was recognized as the most caring country in the world, while the worst results showed Uganda, Nigeria and Ethiopia. African states have taken the past (48, 49, 50) in the rating.
In Europe, take good care of the population in Germany (5th), France (9), Spain (10), Bulgaria (17) and Turkey (20). China and Russia have settled on 32 and 33 line rating.
