In Catalonia in the province of Barcelona built five detached houses with an area of 300 sq. m. with a garage for 2 cars, a pantry for storage of household goods and a cellar for wine. The house consists of three levels, on each level there is a terrace with an adjacent plot for relaxing and placing a small garden. It is possible to build on one of the levels of the pool or Jacuzzi. The land area for each of the houses is 500-700 sq. m. Five houses are United by a common infrastructure in the form of a single fence, security system, swimming pool with water treatment and a recreation area equipped with a shower. The houses are arranged in such a way that the living rooms do not come into contact with each other. Each house has a good view of the sea and the city. The house is located on the top point of the town of Segur de Calafell in the area of the individual building and the placement of the condominiums in a single social environment (full security). On the one hand there is a family from Switzerland, on the other – a French family. Construction above is not provided. The house is equipped with a water treatment system and cold water supply with individual water heater, centralized Sewerage and power supply system with individual metering units. The house consists of an entrance hall with a guest toilet, a kitchen with kitchen furniture and equipment (except the refrigerator), combined with a large room, from which there is access to the terrace to accommodate sunbeds from umbrellas for sunbathing (rest), a dining table and a small front garden. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with two bathrooms with access to the terrace from the "master" bedroom and a balcony in the children's bedroom. The third bedroom is a guest. All rooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes and bathrooms with furniture for bathrooms. The third level is an outdoor terrace overlooking the Mediterranean sea.
The entrance is equipped with an automatic gate with video surveillance. The whole area is illuminated, including decorative lighting of natural mountain ledges.
The distance from the houses to the sea is 1600 meters around the city. The coastal part is a promenade for several kilometers, as well as the beaches, which are cleaned daily, equipped with showers and service. A three-minute drive will take you to three large supermarkets, open all week, including Sunday. A five-minute drive away is the district hospital, where you can get paid services. The distance from Barcelona airport to the house in the direction of Tarragona 35 km on the toll road C-32 (20-25 minutes drive, no traffic). The total cost of the toll road is EUR 7.25. Barcelona can be reached by the same road in 30-35 minutes. The historic town of Sitges, with several restaurants and boutiques, is a 10-minute walk away. There is a possibility of acquisition and placement on storage of the yacht in five minutes of driving from the house. In the same city there are many hotels, including the hotel RA (Le Meredien) on the first line. The city market is located on the third line from the sea or a three-minute drive from the houses.
Service for the pool per month is 200 Euros for 5 houses. Payment for the use of water and electricity by the meter. All houses are equipped with electric heaters to heat the houses in winter. It is possible in winter to ski – Andorra 2.5 hours by car, Val-D-Aran - 3 hours.
All the houses are owned by the company Centaure Promocion 2001 and will not be issued to a natural person.
