Reconstructed 2-room apartment is located near the center of the village Liptovský Ján in very nice and quiet corner near the forest. The thermal baths are located just 300 meters. Completion of reconstruction works and final inspection is scheduled for the summer 2010th. Apartment is suitable for permanent living or can serve as a holiday apartment in one of the most popular recreational areas in Slovakia. In the village Liptovský Ján has excellent climatic conditions, thermal swimming pools, sports of all kinds and ski lifts. Janska Valley offers challenging walking conditions for tourists and cyclists. In the Vah river is the possibility of rafting. Near are the well know water and spa centers - Aquapark Tatralandia and Thermal spa Besenova, also not far away either the Low or High Tatras, and of course there is the possibility of facilities for water recreation on Liptovská Mara lake.
