About the project
Architecturally, the Housing Under the Castle project is designed with respect for history, but so as to provide residents with modern urban housing. This is also helped by 42 parking spaces in the underground garage, private front gardens of the apartments on the ground floor and barrier-free access to each of the 33 apartments. On 4 floors there are 2-room to 4-room apartments, all with balcony, loggia or garden.
The apartments are sold in a design standard designed by the project architects. Of course there are wooden floors, large windows, design plumbing, underfloor heating or preparation for air conditioning. However, the final choice of design is up to the individual style of each owner. Here I can have the highest demands for comfortable city living.
