Israeli investors to build the first condominium in Belgrade for €120 million

Construction of the condominium Central Garden began in the capital of Serbia. Investors are Israeli companies AFI Europe (author of the business park of Airport City in Belgrade) and Shikun & Binui Group, according to ekapija.com.

Residential complex area of ​​100,000 square meters is being built in the center of Belgrade with 500 units, underground parking and retail space on the ground floor. The project costs €120 million.
