About the project
The Magic Măgurele residential complex is located on Celofibrei street, in the Măgurele area, near sector 5 in Bucharest. It is 10 km from the center of Bucharest, access to the city is made from the Alexandria road. The means of transport to the city are close and we have the RATB station, trams and maxi taxi. It is an area away from the crowded city, but with all the facilities nearby.
The new neighborhood offers 48 villas, consisting of 4 apartments upstairs, each apartment consisting of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, and on the ground floor a living room, kitchen and terrace.
Magic Măgurele is structured from frames, pillars and beams made of reinforced concrete. The walls are made of polystyrene brick.
