The "Ideal Residence" Residential Complex is located in the Cug area, on Bazei Street, no. 2.2.1, in the southern part of Iasi.

Constructive features and description of the complex
The new buildings are built on concrete pillars and the masonry walls are made of brick, which is thermally insulated with 10 cm basaltic wool. Real Residence has apartments with 1-2-3-4 and 5 rooms, which are delivered absolutely finished in the "turnkey" version. All the apartments in the Complex have windows with PVC joinery, interior doors and metal doors to the entrance, intercom and fully equipped bathrooms. The homes are heated with their own condensing plants and there is also a floor heating system. The walls are worked with washable lime and the floors are covered with parquet.
