It is next to kilometer 0 of the capital city of Romania, near University Square and University metro station. It has a very good view to some symbols of the city, such as the Intercontinental Hotel. The building is from 1963 but it is strong, not on the seismic risc list. As a investment, it never remains emty, not even in Winter if rented to tourists, and for permanent rent also it is allways full. For tourists you can rent it with 80 euro per night, for locals long term with 400 euro/month.
In 2008 someone offered us 102000 euro to buy it, but we did not agree. Now we move to another city, so we want to buy there an apartment. The real estates prices are growing again...
This is a good investment because it is close to every touristic attraction here, but we are also in touch with some alternative tourist tours companies, which discover other parts of the city, like parks, night life, good food, art, street art, some unknown history places.
