Description and technical characteristics of the Residential Project
The "Segovia Garden Apartments" Housing Complex contains 4 villa-type blocks of flats, of which three are raised with 2 floors and attic, and the fourth block has 4 floors plus a retired floor. The masonry of the buildings is easy due to the fact that it is made of thermoblocks with a capacity for rapid removal of humidity, low thermal conductivity and superior thermal and sound insulation. In addition the buildings are thermally insulated with basaltic mineral wool, which allows the construction to breathe. The facades of the blocks are partially covered with stone and are combined with decorative glass elements, weather resistant, the colors chosen are neutral and mimic nature. The installed windows are pentameter rooms with PVC profile from Salamander, with three rows of glass, with low-e coating and argon, which have a high level of thermal and sound insulation. All housing units are equipped with lift. In the courtyard of the Housing Complex there are green areas and planted spaces, for the children of the residents there are modernly designed play spaces.
