The multi-stage investment of multi-family buildings Osiedle Słoneczne is located in the eastern part of Rzeszów.
Location
The estate was located at Świętej Kingi Street, within the Słocina estate. It is about 5 kilometers away from the center of Rzeszów. The area of the investment is characterized by dense housing development, basic commercial and service, educational and educational infrastructure as well as the proximity of major nodes and communication arteries.
The vicinity of the investment
Near the investment, there are recreational areas and bicycle paths in the hills of Maria Magdalena, Auchan Krasne hypermarket (1 kilometer), a grocery store Nasz Sklep (750 meters), hospitals, churches, a Polish Post office, food outlets, a private kindergarten Radosne Słoneczko (900 meters), Blue Butterfly Kindergarten (1.5 kilometers), public primary school of the Piarist Order St. Józef Kalasancjusz (1.7 kilometers), primary school no. 5 (2 kilometers). At a distance of nearly 4 kilometers, there is the Millenium Hall shopping center, the Plaza Rzeszów shopping mall is 4.5 kilometers away.
Architecture
The buildings of the estate have from 6 to 8 floors. They were built from a simple body in a minimalist modern style. The façade is finished in shades of white and beige, and in some buildings contrasting color elements have been used. Steel or concrete balustrades and balcony roofing were made.
The infrastructure of the estate
In the area of the investment, numerous plant arrangements, elements of small architecture, a playground for children, an outdoor gym, and a multi-functional playground have been designed. There will be storage rooms, ground and underground parking spaces, and bicycle lockers. Silent-running elevators were installed in the buildings. The estate is served by its own gas boiler room.
Communication
The location of the estate allows for quick access to Lwowska Street, E40 and 94 roads, Pobitno roundabout with an exit to Armii Krajowej Avenue and the national road No. 97. The very center of Rzeszów can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. There are bus stops near the estate, serving, among others, lines 4, 9 and 38.
