Osiedle Pastelowe, a multi-stage housing estate implemented in the southern part of Gdańsk, is a vast complex of cozy multi-family buildings.
Location
The investment was located at Pastelowa Street in the Gdańsk-Łostowice district, in the area surrounded by extensive green areas and developed into modern residential estates. The location of the investment allows access to communication arteries and basic urban infrastructure. The distance of the estate from the center of Gdańsk is nearly 7.5 kilometers.

Architecture
Four-storey buildings with mezzanines were erected from a simple body in a modern architectural style, with gable roofs. The façade was finished with plaster in shades of white and gray, numerous glazing and steel and glass balcony railings were added.
